Who the Spain pilot is for
AI and tech companies with a working product that want to test Spain properly, without hiring a local team first. It works especially well if you are already planning a trip to Barcelona, for example around Mobile World Congress.
What the 90-day pilot includes
- Agreeing your target profile: sectors, company types and the seniority you need to meet.
- Identifying the right people and opening the door personally, not through a mass sequence.
- Arranging qualified meetings, and timing them around your visit when that helps.
- A clear read at the end on whether Spain is worth a bigger push.
How “qualified” is defined
Before we start, we agree in writing how many meetings the pilot targets and what counts as qualified: the right seniority, the right company type, and the meeting actually takes place. If it doesn't meet that definition, it doesn't count.
Price
Pilots start from €1,500 per market, as a fixed fee. The final fee follows the scope we agree in writing before any work begins. No retainers, no surprises.
Why I can open the door in Spain
Spanish buyers are relationship-driven: a warm introduction from someone they trust gets a meeting that a cold email never will. I operate from Barcelona and speak Spanish and Catalan, so conversations start on the right foot.
Mobile World Congress brings decision-makers to the city every year. I turn your trip into real meetings before, during and after the show.
Who it is not for
- You're pre-product and have nothing a buyer can evaluate yet.
- You're looking for a mass outbound or lead-list service.
